love for the Cake!!

The aroma that plays a magical spell on your salivary glands,the mesmerizing view of that brown crunchy stuff,the silky touch of that round,the eagerness to cut it into slices and gulp into your mouth.

Who is spared by the magnetic pull of the magical four letter delicacy!! YES!you get it right It's a Cake.

The lusious dessert or a complete meal for some crazy cake lovers it is the love of life.

Who doesn't want to grab a piece of freshly baked hot cake!A toddler ,a young one or a old person, everyone is infectuated by the sweet melting taste of cake.

My love for baking started when my elder sister learnt some good cake recipes in her school and tried at home.

Lemon cake was the very  first cake which she tried and it was our first home made cake experience.At that time we didn't have  OTG .we had a very basic round oven.Still the cake she baked was awesome!!I still remember how fluffy and soft was that.

After her marriage I tried my luck with baking.Initially I struggled but with trying and testing gradually I attained perfection.

Then I started experimenting and tried to add nutrition into my new cake recipes.Some times I failed but sometimes I got really good results and my examiners were my children.The cake which they finished instantly were the best one...others I had to finish!😔

So the tried and tested recipes I am sharing here.
